It was the afternoon of 12/31/2021 I was on the airport trying to get to my hotel with my cellphone fully discharged, I had no choice I decided to take a taxi a cab, I knew a reference for the taxi to take me to the hotel, I told him and he start driving he was affirming that he knew where the location was, I was perfectly clear when I said:- I wanna go to the holiday inn, close to seaworld behind the Ross plaza, we arrived to a different hotel I told him okay that's my fault, can I use your cellphone to call and ask for the correct address, he accepted and I did indeed they sent me the correct address and I have those messages to prove it, anyway I proceeded to give him the address it was:*************************** that address match with holiday inn express where I was staying in Orlando, however this guy start taking me to different locations constantly saying that's not the address that's not the address, he took to 3 different part of the same Avenue to finally drop me off on a differenT hotel making the taximeter go up and increase the ride value almost 3 times, it was so frustrating for me and I thought it was all my fault when I had to walk almost 2 hours to get to the right pIace, when I finally got to my hotel I went o ver the counter and asked the receptionist for the hotel address indeed the address was the correct one all the time this guy was only trying to increase the fare on his favor I feel so uncomfortable with that he made my New Year's Eve so miserable, and I ended up spending almost 90$ for a 30$ ride, his name was Joel A*****, and I couldn't remember his unit number he works at the airport taxi company
