      I purchased $463.32 from a traveling salesmen. I asked multiple times, directly, if the beef was grassfed and grass finished and he swore it was. Upon closer inspection of the product it is clearly NOT grassfed, and not only that, it is full of additives. This salesman straight up lied to me. I am a lawyer and will be suing this business if I do not receive a refund ASAP.

      On 8/25/23 a salesman came to our door ignoring the "no soliciting" sign above our doorbell and pretended that he had good quality all natural meat for sale that was from a canceled order. He said the meat was hormone free and had no additives. He also said that if we did not want any of the meat to just call him and he would "take care of it". We called him a few hours after purchasing and he then told us he could not refund the meat because it "wouldn't make sense for business" but that we can exchange the meat if we were unhappy. Since we were essentially stuck with the meat we decided to try it only to fund that our suspicion of the meat being very low quality was right. The beef looked terrible and brownish. And the chicken had some gummy clear additive that looked like glue all through it. There is no possible way this meat is acceptable for consumption but we have been refused a refund.

      The Salesman came to my doorstep claiming to have just recently delivered steaks to my neighbor, which was a lie and said he had some extra steaks that he would sell me for a cheaper price. He quickly shuffled through all of the steaks, claiming they were of good quality when they are not. The steaks have been mechanically processed to be more tender and have been brined in some type of saline solution, so that they stay edible for longer. The quality of this meat is some of the worst I have ever seen. The sales tactics are wholly dishonest and the quality of the product is terrible.

      A salesman named "Joe T" showed up at my door, unannounced on 2/9 and told me he had an extra case of premium cut steaks because he thought "my neighbor" ordered two cases, and so he had an extra case on his truck. He told me he would give me the premium cut steaks at wholesale price (approved by his boss, he said) and he would also throw in a free box of chicken. He told me they were Domenico ribeye cuts - premium cuts and that if I was unhappy, he'd give a full refund and pick up the box the next day. I came inside and immediately checked their reviews. 2 stars - over 45 reviews very similar to the one I am writing now. It's a scam. Joe T said he'd have his "Customer Service Manager Chris" call me to get my full refund. Chris showed up and offered to exchange the box of meat for "an actually premium cut. He said what you got was Choice and this is Prime but in this economy, it's tough to sell Prime to people" ** yup - that's a real quote. I told him I thought I was already supposed to have purchased "prime cut" and he said, "there was a mistake and I am taking care of it" He then proceeded to show up to my house with the SAME quality box of meat, promising me that it was prime/Domenico ribeyes. I picked up a steak and asked him if this is really a Delmonico and he said "yes". This thing was half an inch thick and purple. I still have it. He then said," look, we've been in business for 26 years. All steaks look the same until you cook them" He then told me that since one bag of chicken from the free box was missing, we could not offer a refund. I said the chicken was free, and he said, " No, it was not. Nothing is free." I have their pamphlet, and the price I was charged is the same price printed for one single box of meat - not two. I then said I am filing a complaint on BBBB-- then, Joe T and Chris reached out and said, "ok we will fix this. You need to call "Jeff M*******" at the main office. I've called every day for a week and haven't heard back.

      Purchased a box of steaks for $160 on 01/09/23. Thawed some out and they were falling apart and solid gray. They were HORRIBLE. They tasted horrible. They're vacuum sealed and you can see that almost every seal has failed and there's air in every steak. I was promised HIGH quality meat and these are the WORST steaks I've ever had in my life. Couldn't eat them. I'm not picky. Had to through them away. Was pressured into buying with hard sales tactics. I need a refund. This feels so wrong.

      I paid $210 for a box of steaks and when I went to cook them the next day I noticed that I had been sold expired meat for this company and I have tried calling the company that sold me the steak box and I never get an answer or a call back. I purchased on June 1, 2022. I would like my refund back because I think they are selling expired food to other people as well.
