Much like the other negative reviews, I trusted Robert with my Louis Vuitton Neverfull. After a year and 7 months of ill Mail it tomorrow, I filed a police report. I asked several times if I could just get my purse back WITHOUT repairs as I was going to have Louis Vuitton do the repairs AND HE ABSOLUTELY RUINED MY PURSE ON PURPOSE !! Handles UNeven and not sewn on straight or in the right places, trim seam anything but straight, glue everywhere on the lining with black stains! He kept my authentic Louis Vuitton rivets and handle/ side strap I sent in for a sample and to use to replace the side D rings! When you look at what is advertised in his Gallery and then look at the pictures of his work on my purse you can easily see the difference in craftsmanship. After I asked for it not to be touched at all it was absolutely done carelessly on purpose! Not to mention harassing phone calls at 630 / 700 in the morning. This Bottom line Beyond Unprofessional and Poor craftsmanship! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

He has had my vintage Gucci purse since March, has taken full payment, and has not returned my bag. I've attempted to resolve dozens of times, and he's always had an excuse as to why he needed a few more days. Now he won't even answer the phone. Filing a police report and taking him to court.

First: I'm an Extremely Patience person. (I care for my dad who ha has dementia) In early September 2021, I dropped off my LV Neverfull to have the binding replaced. ( I bought the bag used as a gift to myself) I was told to give me a few weeks to get it done. A few weeks was not an issue. In Mid November, I stopped by, to see if my bag was done, Nope, it had been touched. Again, I was told that it will be done in a week or two. Over the next few weeks, I called and checked on my bag and even stopped by. I'm sure that they must have lost it! On Saturday, January 22, I stopped by again, Same and more Excuses. Even The leather he showed me he was going to replace it with was orange, not tan or brown. I didn't like it, but to get it repaired I would deal with it to get it repaired. One more time!!! I gave them ONE LAST chance to get it done, I would be back on Wednesday the 27. On Wednesday afternoon, January 26, 2022, after all these months my purse was still not done. I took my bag back and got a refund. NO MORE CHANCES...The binding was removed, so I'm left with a bag, more damaged than when I left it. Not sure who can fix the bag now. * This shop is out of my way, and I have to try to get there when I can. Very unprofessional service.
