I booked an excursion for Dec 17, 2021 and paid in full ($255.06). The excursion was never available to cruise passengers like myself in the first place and the tour company called Best On Travel Network to let them know my booking would be canceled. They never called or notified me. I showed up in the Bahamas for my excursion just to be turned away. After several attempts to reach someone at Best On Travel Network, I received an email reply on Dec 21, 2021 saying they refunded my payment in full and it should hit my bank within 7-10 business days. I received no receipt or confirmation number. It is a month later and I still have no refund. I have tried to contact them again and no one responds to me.Initial Complaint

I had a family vacation scheduled for the Bahamas for the summer of 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID. I sent an email to the company on May 15, 2020 to cancel my reservation. On May 19, 2020 I received and email stating that my reservation had been cancelled and I would receive my refund in 6-8 weeks. Well, we are in Jan 2021 and I have yet to receive my refund. I've tried multiple times to call and all I ever get is a voicemail with no returned calls. I've tried disputing this transaction with my bank and was told that I have to go through the company to settle the refund. It's been almost a year and I would really like my money back. I booked an excursion in the Bahamas with this company back in 2020 and my cruise got canceled so I canceled the excursion. I canceled it within the allotted time frame to receive a full refund. I was told I would receive my refund and I even still have all of my emails and everything of our conversations about it. This has been over 2 years I have been dealing with this and I still have not received my refund I just don't know what else to do about it now thank you so much for your time
