I ordered Liposomal skin cream. It was ordered April 19, 2023. The company stated that you had 60 days to return for a full refund ( $64.04). I was not happy with the cream and returned it. I was notified by email on May 27, 2023 that my return was received.I waited 30 days for a refund and none was received. I emailed, called, left messages and still have not received my refund 9 months later. The only time I actually talked to the company ******************* LLC) that takes care of returns, I was told they had a backlog. My order number is *****. I have documentations. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to attach it.Thank you for your help.Initial Complaint

On December 18, I placed an order for a skin care product, Crepey Skin Liposomal Repair Cream . I received notification on December 19 that it had shipped. They utilized UDS for shipping. When I checked the *** tracking number several days later, I noticed that it had been stalled in ****, **. When I contacted ***, they informed me that I needed to contact the seller, which I have several times, with no results. I emailed them on December 27, December 30, and today, with no response, except that they have received my emails. I also called the ************ number and left a message on January 4. I received no call back. They are unresponsive. I would like a refund of the product since I have not received it. In addition, they should probably not use *** for shipping as the reviews I have seen for that shipping company are all 1-star reviews.Initial Complaint

On 8/15/2023, I returned the product for refund within the required time via ***** On 8/18/23, I received email from this company Hygieia Skin Care on 8/18/23, confirming they received my return (see my emails per attached document),and that my estimated refund amount would be $107.46. Since then after multiple emails and calls I have placed to them, I have had NO REPLY AT ALL. I did receive an email reply from the returns company (I sent copy of my Hygieia email to them also) who handles Hygieia's refunds, but they said to contact Hygieia directly (which I had already done). I contacted my credit card company ***************** Services). However, they indicated they could not help me since they said that I waited too long to contact *****, as ******* required time frame to file a dispute is very different than Hygieia's time frame to return the product. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income, and would sincerely apprecitate the refund.Thank you for any help you can provide.***************************
