I sent two guitars (packed by the store in a single box) from the UPS Store on ************ to a friends home in *************, ** on Oct 14th, 2023. I paid them to ship it as well as an insurance policy. According to the tracking app the package apparently got to ************, ** and stopped moving. Only info was there was a delay. After a week I called the store and they said it was missing and that it would be delivered shortly. I waited a week more and then filed an insurance claim with **** I have had a series of communications with a claims rep ********************* who has been no help. Info sent in has not been entered into the claim and I have gotten repeated requests for the same info. The communication from them has been virtually non-existent.Business response

The UPS Store #**** (franchise) packed and shipped the guitars for the customer unfortunately his problems lie with *** directly and *** Capital Claims. I do see however a claim has been paid to this customer via check on December 8, 2023.Customer response
