On 1/31/24 I paid a deposit of $1,225 to ********* Remodeling as the 50% for the installation of new cabinets doors. It has been more than 40 business days and the company has failed to delivery the services. I have reach out several times to Mr. ** ****** for an update of the status of the cabinets doors - his answers is he doesn't have control of it has no update. On 3/28/24 I emailed a letter stated " that due to failure to deliver services in a timely manner, I have decided to cancel this job. Please to refund my full deposit of $1,225.00 via Zelle no later than 3/29/24 by the end of business day".Per Mr. ** ****** respond was I will lose my deposit, because its out of his control -If the company doesn't refund him, He cannot refund me. I don't know which company he is rereferring to, however I clearly expressed to ****** that I paid him directly and I have been extremely patient and at this point I don't want to proceed with the job as he continue to give me bogus answers. I'm requesting the refund of my deposit $1,225 which I paid and services not delivered and as of today there is no estimated date of delivered. I don't want to do business with unprofessional and a not trustworthy company -Total Care Remodeling . Company Phone #************Customer response

The company has refunded my money.
