On 4/10/2023 we signed a contract with Keen's Buildings **** for a 42' x 40' shed to be built by **************** Systems (TBS) in *******. We agreed to a price of $28,373.56 and gave a down payment of $5,600. The time frame for delivery and set up was 6 weeks which would have been 5/22/2023. Approximately 4 weeks into the contract, ****'s manager called and said he made a mistake and we would have to pay an extra $406.80. In good faith, we agreed to pay the extra amount and signed the revised contract. About 1 week later, the manager called again and said the computer program made a mistake and it was going to cost 'a lot more' to have the 14'-clearance garage door installed and he suggested we agree to having a shorter garage door or pay the extra amount. We did not agree to this and reinforced that we specifically mentioned that we needed a 14' clearance at the time of signing. He then spoke with the company's VP and offered the building by another company in ************** and requested that we sign a new contract. The *********** company has very different terms and we do not agree for many reasons. Just two of the reasons are that any disputes would have to be settled in *********** and that any change made to the building (including electric) would void the warranty. We also specifically mentioned to the manager at time of signing that our plan was to have electric in the building since it was so large. Our contract specifically states that "******* installations are made by **************** Systems, LLC." After much back and forth via phone calls and emails, ****'s continues to refuse to honor our contract.Business response

Customer complaint is is now false and bogus (see attached revised TBS Contract signed on 5/25/23 by both parties). Customer is receiving his building with 14' roll door height clearance at over $3,000 more than he paid for without any additional charge and through the manufacturer first agreed upon (TBS). Please retract this false complaint.
