Agent notices empower a system used to calculate agents ranks has issues with pay out on 3 separate occasions. Agent request further investigate be done and requested records of the manual calculations be provided for review. Agent advises that the Better Business Bureau may be contacted to report this error. Manager *********************** adv will not provide records or how calculations are done, manual calculated are done and approved by him. Then advise agent she is on the board of insubordination. Agent believes this is done to scare agent and considering it harassment. Agent brings forward records that are clearly tempered with and incorrect. Agent only requested professional that missing over $700 dollars be shown how company came to this when records were incorrect. ****** ******** 1/10/2024 OK So figured out the issues with empower for October. So there were issues with the system and we had to do whats called a manual recusation. because of that empower will show different then what was. I see that you landed in Teir 2 for the month of October. All There are some issues with the Data in Empower. Please stop approving Empower at this time. When asking for clarification, records, to be provided well as advice that Better Business Bureau may be contacted, ***********************, ****** says on the boarder of insubordinate agent for threating to contact the better business bureau. Company is falsifying documents and does not want to provide agent with records for review. *********************** is abusing his power and authority also committing fraud. Bonus are approved by ***** and were incorrect in the past. ***** brought this forward told company there is an issue with systems now agent is reprimand and threaten. ***** threats agent saying that for asking questions and requesting documents and threating to file complaint with the BBB, could be consider insubordination. Agent remains professional and adv that it will be reported to HR and the Better Business Bureau.
