The fence was done in a very crappy way, it is missing so.e hardware, and it bottom of the fence on the gate is not even, the cap covers for the poles are on crooked, and there is a big gap between our other fence and the new one. I have reached out to fence outlet but no one has responded back to me. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work. I will not use them to replace my entire fence when I am ready.Business response

I paid Fence Outlet $6,000 in cash the sales rep went over the property I paid to have the old fence removed and I agreed to lose 3 to 4 ft of property because of trees They sent a crew out that showed up late did not speak English and I had to pay somebody to interpret for them to basically tell me they couldn't do the job I spoke to the owner who was very condescending and didn't understand my frustration my resolution is I want my fence put up or my money refundedBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/07) */ ******, we apologize for your recent experience. On your signed contract, it indicates that the fence line would be cleared by the homeowner prior to the installation date. There is no indication on your contract that the fence line would be moved in 3-4 feet. The contract indicates that the new fence would be installed in the same place as the old fence. We do require the fence line to be cleared at least two feet on each side. This was not completed before the install crew arrived. Therefore, we were not able to install the fence on the original date. The attached pictures show the state of the yard when the installers arrived. Our install crews are sometimes Spanish speaking but you can always call our office to have a representative translate, if necessary. Thank you for working with the General Manager of Melbourne. He will be meeting you at your property on Wednesday, 6/8 to walk the property with you and go over the fence layout. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call our Customer Service manager, 407-********.
