I had two different policies with State Farm. One for by business truck and one for my personal vehicle. My business closed up and I asked them to transfer my truck from a business account to personal use and combine with my personal vehicle. They told me the cost. They then cancelled the auto policy on my personal vehicle without me knowing and I got a letter from the *** stating my license was going to be suspended for no proof of insurance for two months. They charged me those months for my personal vehicle and continued to charge me for my truck under business insurance which was 3 times what the cost should have been or what was agreed to. They also starting charging my personal bank account for my truck instead of my business account without my permission. They then told me my rates were going to triple for no reason. They wanted $700 dollars a month for two vehicles, one being a 1997 with no comprehensive or collision coverage. I do not want a refund for the months my vehicle was not covered without my consent. I do not want a refund for being overcharged for my truck insurance. I want to make very clear that I cancelled my policy effective 05/24/2024 and I do not want State Farm charging me anything additional after 05/24/24 or I will seek legal counsel.Business response

My husband now, 90 yrs old has been with this company for approximately 30 yrs, I have been with him for ************************************************** March 2020 no one shows up or responded. In November we had a high wind gust which lifted the sheding under the roof in two places, I got a roofing company to inspect same. My husband cannot go up on the roof as such i called in a roofing company to make the accessment; I called in a claim again, providing them with evidence of various images, of damages due to hail and and other damages of the roof possible the length of time in was filed for damage roof. I was told they will not honor our claim as they believe we did it to get insurance money; Number 1. no one came in March, Number 2, The roof was badly damaged by this time. i will be sending images of the roof to date. I am willing to provide pictures taken by a reputable roofing company,Business response

The customer in this case is upset that ******************** Farm denied their roof claim. State Farm claims found that there was no damage to the roof consistent with a covered peril under the contract.
