Update: Was told by ************** will get the check sent out today 8/13 if I take this review down. You have no right to withhold funds not due to you. This is blackmail! Clients beware!I went to have a procedure done in February. I was told by my insurance company I was owed almost half the money I paid for the procedure back. I paid almost $700 and I was owed almost $300 back. When I asked total spines billing department **************** they told me I will be able to use it towards my next visit. I had absolutely no interest in seeing my original Doctor again. I told them I would like to be refunded the money owed. I was told I was at the top of the list and they will get it to me as soon as possible. It is now ******!First you had processing issues, then accounting, then you said you didnt have control over refunds.we are a little behind processing the mail, but I will get this posted for you. - April 4, 2024 I have submitted your refund to accounting. Please be patient they are backlogged; I will stress expedience. -**** May 28, 2024 I have no control over the distribution of the refund, I have put you at the top of the list, and when they refund the next batch, you will be addressed. -Marc ****** 7, 2024. people waited 4-6 months - *************** 7, 2024.Why this has taken months is unknown, but as the other review state this is an ongoing issue. They are purposely over stating the cost of the procedure and hoping you dont notice it or if you do they stated it takes 4-6 months for a refund to process. *** worked with billing departments, the max it should ever be would be 4-6 weeks!
