Sending out spam mailers to my business about selling property that is not listed for sale anyplace. Mailer consists of a photo of said property. Invasion of privacy, and by way of this complaint, be warned that this is also your Cease and Desist notice for halt all contact, whether phone, mail, email, etc.Business response

Good afternoon. We understand that a flyer was sent to the home and that mayb be frustrating but we clearly have a take off the list code that removes the client from the list. There was no call attempted and if so, it has been removed. Not understanding how a poor review is solicited.Customer response

I have NO property list for sale anywhere. There is only a vale attempt at making one think that opt out is available. It's not.

Sorry but that is untrue. All you have to do is call and leve your code # and you will 100% be removed. Your phone number has never attempted to call us as we have record of each incoming call. At this time, we have removed you from our list based on the picture you provided here.
The photo is not an invasion of privacy as it is just a ****** image.
We have a reputable company for 4 years and as you can see, we never intend in anyway to offend you. Its no different than getting solicitations from other companies that send flyers for mutiple reasons. I do understand the frustration and wanting to be removed which we have done, but leaving a bad review on my BBB with no first attempt to be removed is not fair, or right.
I am asking if you can please remoeve your complaint knowing that we have handled the issue.

I shouldn't have to give you any personal information since I have never solicited your business. I will not and this posting will serve as your cease and desist from any further solicitation via any forms of communications.
