      Quiero hacer pblica mi experiencia con estas personas del departamento d servicios de north miami mitsubishi..hoy mi carro pas todo el dia en el dealer por 3 recalls q tenia el carro mas un chequeo del belt y resulta q ni arreglaron el problema del belt y tampoco hicieron nunguno de los 3 recalls q tiene el carro,segun el mecnico ***** Estive (quien previamente me discrimin diciendome q nosotros los cubanos venimos a este pais creyendonos q somos mecnicos)dijo q el no iba a hacer el trabajo q me fuera a otro lugar para q lo arreglen,un simple mecnico q no tiene ni voz ni voto,2 semanas antes me cobraron 300 dolares por chequearme todo menos lo q pedi q chequearan,en resumen nunca arreglaron nada ni siquiera los recalls.Tambien tengo pruebas de falso diagnstico q hicieron y luego borraron

      If I could give this deal zero stars I would. I bought a used *** X5 from them and I live out of state. Their sales *** lied to me and said the car had no smoke smell and no odor. The car has very clearly been smoked in and then doused with a terrible air freshener scent that smells like a scented trash bag. It is so strong that we can smell it inside our house while the car is parked in the garage. I contacted the dealer to see if they would at the very least pay for a professional cleaning and ozone cleaner to help reduce the smell. They flat out refused because they said they made no profit on the sale. Not sure what their profit has to do with doing the right thing but that's the stance they took. They have awful customer service and rude staff. I would recommend steering clear of this dealer to anyone looking to buy from them.

      DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! I agreed to move forward on the purchase of a vehicle on 9/13 at their full agreed price with their salesperson ***. Throughout the whole process of finalizing documentation they were slow to respond and it wasn't until 9/17 that the information requested by my bank was provided for them to able to send over a Cashiers Check to the dealership. Delivery of the vehicle had even been scheduled and their finance team told me everything was good to go. That same afternoon as my bank is sending a check, the dealership sends a text message that the vehicle has been sold to someone else. I wasn't even given the courtesy of calling and being told in-person. After calling back and speaking with the Manager who was aware of the deal we had agreed on, what their reasoning came down to is that they blew up the deal because they make more money with a vehicle financed in-house versus when using a buyer's bank. BEFORE YOU BUY HERE KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIME. The entire sales process was extremely unprofessional and just bad business. I'm sure the dealership will respond to this review trying to cover themselves saying, "First come, first serve" or another BS reason as to why they blew up our deal, but know ahead of time as someone who has purchased from many dealerships in the past, this was the WORST experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle.

      We took our car for an air conditioning problem. We were told a $150 diagnostics charge would have to be paid if the vehicle ins. *** did not take the claim. The dealer said the car had a minor problem, we had to pay the fee and they gave us no copy of the work order only a receipt of $150. We brought the car back the same day still not working. They said the same thing again that another diagnosis had to be done. This time they said the *** took the claim ,for us not to mention about the 1st diagnostic, we had to pay an extra $156 difference the *** wouldnt pay for the part, since we had paid the first fee we only had to add $50 to cover our de-ductible of$200. Instead of us paying a total of $206, they charged us. $284 which was an extra $78 for free-on which the *** told me they covered. The gave us no warranty just saying anything happens we would start over with the diagnostic etc. ******* said they should guarantee their work.

      I traded my car with a bad transmission , only to get a car with excelleration issues, and they also threw a warranty at me aggressively( maybe they knew because he said that was the only car I could have on the lot since my credit was bad, I took the car because I needed to get to work, and yes I did test drive but we all know going around a couple of blocks really doesn't tell you everything. Within two weeks to tell them of the issues the car is having by not taking off and practically crawling when turning corners and going from a stopped position. even the warranty people said I could only deal with Miami Car Credit to get my car serviced, which leads me to believe they are working hand-in-hand, because the warranty people were no help at all, I had even notified my lender, and their hands were tied, so I reported them to the FLHSMV because they stopped taking my calls, I guess I'm blocked!!! Anyway, I know cars are an issue to get for hardworking people who live from paycheck to paycheck, so if that's the case make sure you don't visit Miami Car Credit because they pretend like they care for you and they don't. The manager of the repair shop is very rude and disrespectful he basically threw my service order and said, "get this car out of my face, there is nothing wrong with it" and that was months ago, I am now still trying to get my car serviced, secretary blocked me. I paid $3000 for a warranty, and nobody wants to do anything about this "scam of a mess" So I urge you unless you can afford to be ripped off, do not spend your money on people who only care about their pockets, they will look charming and address you nicely by name with smiles on their faces, but once you sign those papers, they got you, and they think that that's the end of it, and in most if not all cases it usually is!!! This car is dangerous and can get me hurt or killed, but safety first is not what they care about! "Buyer Beware!!!"

      I called and ask about Kia ****** they advertised online. ***************************** answered the phone and said its available. I said I am 2 hours away, could you hold me the car and I am on my way and I said I will pay cash. She told me sure, let me get the key and I will hold onto it. When you get close, please let me know and you can talk to my manager Mr.*******************************, he is very nice.Well when I got there, the car was gone. He said well it could happen. They told me they sold it one hour ago!! I hope my conversation with Ms.***** was recorded. I wasted 4 hours of driving and toll fee and gas!!?????? If I could put 0 star, I would ????????????

      5 hours of driving and toll and gas was definitely not fun!!I dont know why Ms ***** said she will keep the key to make sure it wont sell. She was located in ****. She intentionally made fun out of me.

      Purchased a Nissan Murano 3/18/2022 while going over the deal and payments I specifically asked for my salesman Derek Gasparotta to keep the Gap coverage, tire and wheel coverage, and maintenance never not once was I told those had to come off due to me asking to keep my payments at a certain amount. I was having issues with a tire yesterday 3/26 and decided to look through my paperwork to see what was covered under the tire and wheel coverage and realized it had been removed. Came into the office where I’m now being told it was taking off to keep my payments down instead of explaining to me before hand. A lawyer is the next step to handle this situation
