I ordered custom car mats from this business. They advertise the mats fits to make model and year of the car. When I received the product it was cut to a model a number of years prior to mine leaving gaps. Fortuna immediately acknowledged the problem offering to fix the issue. I continued to communicate to understand when Id receive new mats. They said theyd need to find measurements. To help I located local cars that are the same make model. Then, they ghosted me. When they didnt follow thru I asked for a refund. They will not respond or resolve the issue. At one point prior to ghosting me they asked me to send my real car mats to them. I would not do that because they keep discontinuing communication. Its too big of a risk I wont get my property back. I offered and sent dimensions and also found local cars which they commuted to go see to send me new custom mats. Its frustrating their product wasnt as advertised, they committed to resolving the issue and now wont respond or give a refund.
