I took a loan out with this company for my business, and when they reached out to me to see if I would like to refinance, I said sure let me know what options I have. I also happen to have another one with another company. They charged me $3600 stacking fee because I have a loan with another company also so basically they robbed me. They charged me this fee, although I have no defaults, and have honored every aspect of my contract financially.

      Hi **************,

We are 100% committed our client's success. However, this complaint you have filed is regarding a contractual stacking-fee with the funder not with us.

With that said, we see the record of your engagement with your National Account Executive, ***************,and that you let us know that you understood where the default fee came from, and you even received a $2,000 discount.

We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, you did in fact "stack" your business with another Revenue Based Financing product, and you were charged a Stacking-Fee which is part of your contractual agreement with ******** Capital (not One Park Financial).

You ask for the resolution of your complaint to be a billing adjustment, and that is in fact on its way based on what you told us BECAUSE you have been such a great client with your payments. We advocated for you to the funder and the funder gave you a discount, even though the stacking-fee was triggered due to you actively acquiring another revenue-based financing product from another funder.

Your National Account Executive continues to be your advocate and whatever we can do to support your business, we will do it.

We hope you have a great day.

One Park Financial Client Success Team.

I went to the sba website to search for small businesses loan and was sent to the one park financial to get me prequalified for loan first they said i was qualify and approved for $25,000 loan then they said they could get me $8,000 then they said their funder said your credit score isn't quite there but the funder wants to work with me and offer to give me $3000.00 with a upfront fee taking out of my loan and would deposit money into my account. I gave them everything they requested, and they kept saying they needed to see my transaction they gave me the steps to do and i kept doing and sending all this info. They interrupt all of my time away from the restaurant stopping doing what they asked for me and calling me from strange numbers. Very rude and unprofessional I had several different agent contact me and some didnt contact me. Then had them hang on on me. They kept coming back saying that they needed to see live transactions and ask for my password to my login info into my POS and I told them no and they said Well you don't want this loan and they are trying to help, but they were calling from all kinds of different numbers, and they even sent a contract for me to sign and still no funding.

First, it is important to clarify that One Park Financial is not affiliated with the ***************************** (SBA). The user's interaction with our company began when they searched for our brand directly, visited our website, and independently submitted their inquiry.

Regarding the pre-qualification process, an initial estimate was provided based on the verbal information supplied by the user regarding their business' monthly revenue. However, upon reviewing the user's submitted documentation, significant discrepancies were discovered between the initially provided information and the verified documents. Consequently, the pre-qualification offer was no longer valid and an adjusted offer was provided based on the accurate information.

Unfortunately, the user declined the offer and requested more funds. We requested that the user provide documentation verifying the additional revenue her company receives in PDF format to ensure the security and accuracy of the information they provided. Despite our multiple attempts to clarify this requirement, we continued to receive summarized statements that did not meet our validation criteria.

Towards the end of the interactions, concerns were raised about the tone and approach of communication, and the user began threatening to leave a negative review unless we fund her business with her requested amount. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests based on threats. Our agents are trained to provide assistance within the framework of our policies and procedures.

We deeply regret any inconvenience the user experienced during this process. **********************'s primary mission is to assist small businesses in securing the financing they need while maintaining transparency and professionalism.

      Dear *****,

We deeply regret that you had a negative experience with us. We do not work with the ***************************** and we are not featured on their website. You searched for One Park Financial on ******* you clicked on our ad, and you filled in a web form which lead you to us. We collect this data on our website, which is how we know the method by which you found us. So the idea that you found us through the *** is simply not true.

We tried the best we could to explain to you the process of how it works and you felt the need to threaten our agents, call them a fraud and call us a scam throughout the process. Even through that, we did the best we could to help you get your business funded. We are in the business of providing funding to responsible small business owners and the requires us to go through a process of verification.

You refused to go through that process and continued on to call us a scam. We understand that trust is not simply given, but it is earned, and we would like to be able to earn that trust from you, but we are a serious business, and we work with thousands of serious business owners just like you.

We did not and or will we ever guarantee an outcome, a pre-qualification is not an offer, and an offer is not a guaranteed approval. Like in any financial transaction.

We do not hand money to business owners without doing our due diligence much like you wouldn't either, because you are a responsible business owners.

So when you are ready to grow your business and get some working capital, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to get your business funded.

      Best regards,

      One Park Financial

On 10/17/2022 we signed a Merchandise Agreement of Sale of Future Receipts contract with One Park Financial-*****************. Enclosed signed contract for your reference. As part of our agreement, for the total amount of $8,000 they charged us $485 for fees and $50 for wire transfer fee. Apparently, they paid a past debt we had with another Merchandiser (*************) for a total of $1,530. The total advance amount that we received from One Park Financial was $5,936. I requested evidence for the payment they sent to ************* but they never sent me any evidence of it. Today 10/19/2022 we received an additional withdrawal in our business bank account for the amount of $400 from One Park Financial. I called them looking for help. The agent ****, can't provide me an answer, but I sent an email to the Business Funding Manager *******************************. He told me that the $400 represents a "professional services" fee that he never told us before about it and the contract never states nothing about this "professional services" fee. I called ***** ********** to report the transaction and I filed a claim against One Park Financial. The claim number is: *************. Merchandiser ID: **********.

We applied for business funding and they told us we were approved and we provided them personal and business information and then they (comina) come back and tell us the lender wouldn't approve it after we gave them banking information and signed e-documents. Then ****** ****** contacted us saying he had us approved, then once again we sign the e-documents, then they ask for proof of ownership, gave that information, then they ask about a UCC filing we had no knowledge of nor did the company they told us to contact about it. So we told Andrew we didn't want to move forward so he comes back with the Funder (Fora Financial) was waiving the requirements and wanted to get us funded by today 3/1/2022 and they had a new offer which was for a lower amount but same daily charge so we told him we didnt want that offer and ask him to remove and delete our personal and business information from there system and Fora Financial and to provide us with written confirmation. ****** ****** won't return any emails nor answer any of our phones to to honor our request and provide the written confirmation.

I am rejecting this response because: One Park Financial transmitted and shopped my personal and business information to them in order for them to be able to have my information, therefore One Park Financial needs to be the one requesting removing of the information from **** Financial not myself. Also I need the letter signed by an authorized person with the company not with One Park Financial name at the bottom of the letter. Someone needs to sign the letter with there name and position/title with the company.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *****
