      On February 22, 2023 I ordered the large pendant Cuban link set for $250.00. It has been close to a year now and I still havent received my order or any explanation as to why I havent received it. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update and when that didnt get any results I asked for a refund. Yet still I havent heard anything from them.

      I ordered my son a necklace with a personalized charm with a picture of his late father so that he would be able to wear it for his senior pictures that he has already taken. I placed this order 02/18/2023, and I have sent multiple emails regarding this order. I have not heard anything back from the last three emails that I have sent. I am a single mother with three boys and I have struggled to ensure that they have what they need. I would like to receive this order as soon as possible, but if that is not possible, I would like a complete refund of what I spent so that I can get it somewhere else.
