I was very much on the fence after checking some reviews on here. But I eventually pulled the trigger on a set. I got two chains, and two pendants. I dont know for a fact if the diamonds or gold are legit but what I can say is these chains SHINE. When Im in the sun or put a flashlight on the chains, they sparkle beautifully. My set came with a convenient carrying bag and the box it came in was nice as well. I 100% would get more chains or pendants in the future, depending on the price.The GLD Shop Response

The chains look nice. Ordered some 20 chains came with a free chain that you CANNOT pick the size of which is ridiculous The 20 chains fit super small, could only return one of the 3 I received because the second one I actually paid for was a promotional item being that it was a 2 for $149 deal. Which wouldnt that make both chains promotional? So I can only return one for re-sizing despite paying for two. The free chain of course you cant change the size on so its going to it on my dresser foreverReview from Allen B

Made an order received it fast and was a great necklace. I chose plated in white gold I put it on and never took it off until I gave it to a best friend of mine as a gift after my dog passed away and I purchased a new one to have a urn pendant put on. He has had in it on everyday since. I showered with it on,slept with it on and worked a job that was highly physical with it on and then he did all the same. All of which goes against what is recommended with plating as it can cause the plating to tarnish well its been 2 years and the necklace looks the same today as it did the day i originally purchased it. Custom stuff is not returnable it states that on the website. I reached out with questions about transferring the lifetime warranty and I was always responded back to immediately and friendly. My best friend did not care about ever sending it back because he takes care of it so the warranty will never be used. Personally I will buy from them again and I had a good experience and shipping was fast. Read before you buy and you will find any answeres to any questions you have. I did research before buying so I didnt just click and buy. To each their own but I like themThe GLD Shop Response

i messed up my order and they said it was "in processing" withing 4hrs on a sunday so they werent able to send me a refund to fix my order. returns require a processing fee. and a restock fee. these guys are literally stealing peoples money.Review from Ashley T

Bought some thing when we got it realized it was way too big so returned it that same day have been waiting now over two weeks for my money to come back to my bank account even though they have received their item back I cannot get a hold of anybody in customer service I have been trying and sending emails. I ordered a necklace for my daughter's graduation and paid for express shipping. The necklace did not arrive in the time frame promised. I contacted the company and they refunded me the express shipping, but that did not fix the problem of missing her graduation date. When I received the necklace it was not attractive at all so we returned it well within the return policy guidelines and followed the company's instructions exactly. I never received a refund so I emailed on several occasions and kept getting automated responses saying they were working on my return. Finally, after I emailed several times, I got an automated message that my return package was empty and was being turned over to "claims". I kept emailing claims and they never got back to me so I am now disputing the charge with ****. I also called the company phone number which is virtually impossible to find and is not on their website nor will be provided by their ChatBot-- I ultimately had to get it off my Amex bill -- but the phone is constantly busy.Terrible Terrible customer ********** NOT buy from this company.The GLD Shop Response

Was literally supposed to receive my order today for someones birthday but now the jewelry has been reported damaged and I have no way of knowing if itll be fixed before hand or if Ill get a refund. This company is trash. My necklace lost a stone after only wearing it a few times. I ordered a custom ************ got wet from rain & was ruined. The picture faded & the glass got cloudy. I literally wore it for less than two hours. Horrible. I have better products Ive bought dirt cheap off Amazon. The return policy is trash too. They tell you everything is under warranty, but the warranty is void if the item has been worn! And they will charge you back for every return if it qualifies. I still cant find out how to leave a review on their webpage!DO NOT buy from this company. If you dont believe me do a simple ******* search. Youll see jewelers test the product and show they arent even made with real precious metals. Total scam.The GLD Shop Response

Their return policy is terrible. I initiated a return within the stated time due to the bracelet being too small and they took over a week to get back to me. At that point, The window of return had closed and they told me I would not be refunded. Very unhappy.The GLD Shop Response
