Hi. My name is ***************************. My great uncle ************************* died in 2020, who had been a client of The Ferraro Law Firms for years. Around 10 yrs ago, we called the Ferraro law firm and he made me his beneficiary. He specifically asked, as the beneficiary, if he was to die would I continue to get his payments due to his long time health problems that stems from years of Asbestos exposure and Mesothelioma. They reassured him that I would. So from that time, up until he died, he received atleast ***** settlement letters from the Ferraro Law firm that needed to be notarized and signed to receive the payments of different amounts. The law firm sent papers in the summer of 2019 which was immediately signed and notarized and returned. A year go by and I hadnt heard anything then another year, I then called and the intake lady transferred me to someone who informed me that she saw 3 pending payments and that I will be contacted within 30 days. A couple of months goes by and I was yet to hear anything so I called back and this time they tell that they dont see any pending payments. This Law Firm is predatory! They receive peoples payments and hold them to gain interest on the settlement amount, which in my uncles case, multiple different settlements. I am the beneficiary, I am entitled to the payments. I knew I couldnt challenge them alone, so I talked to a lawyer named ************************************* here in ******* who said theyve heard of firms having shady practices as such and are willing to take the case. Please help me get our funds! Theyve had ample enough time to gain interest off of other peoples settlement, I now want my money! I feel much better knowing that if they do not respond to you all that the biggest most well known lawyers here in ******* (*************************************) is willing to take the case. This place is a crooked and only cares about lining their own pockets. The ******* Bar will also be hearing from me. Thank you!
