This Kendall Eye Center is not what you think it is. Staff as well as ******************** they are just there for your money. I went for an eye exam I specifically told them how I wanted my lenses (clear) they made me wait almost 2 months before I got them. when I told them they were wrong they said we will send them back to the lab when I went to check on them. They gave them back the same way. THEY NEVER SEND THEM TO THE LAB.I reported the problem with my Insurance they called the office, and their respond to them was.. We don't do returns. They lied to me. Because of them ************************************************ I now have to wait 1 year to get my new glasses. I'm disabled and my income is limited. Do not do business with Kendall Eye Center !!!

Hi, my daughter, today we had an appointment with Dr. Espinosa at Kendal Eye Center 8500 SW 92 St Miami, FL 33156 Suite # 202. Today I filed a grievance with united healthcare report against Dr. Espinosa... When we were waiting in the waiting room, Dr. Espinosa opened the door and was insulting a lady around 78 years old, the lady looked very vulnerable , and very decent, always speaking very softly. Dr. Espinosa was kicking her out of the place and even threatening and insulting, that she was going to call the police to through her out. Dr Espinosa pushed her and threw the door in her face...Dr Espinosa shame of you. she must not be in the network of UnitedHealthcare i had never seen something like this. treat a old woman so badly, not even an animal is treated like this....when the secretary opened the window to give us our turn, I realized that Dr Espinosa was there, and I asked if it was Dr Espinosa and she herself confirmed that it was her, and I let her know right then and there that with her such an inhumane person, my daughter was not going to attend to be exam... and we left the place... Dr Espinosa you can not treat a old woman like trash and insults... my review do not even one start.
