I have been a Creed Aventus fan for years and saw LaBelle had it for much cheaper than I usually get it for. I was skeptical at first because I have been tricked before by other online sources on products that were not authentic. I have to say LaBelle has the best prices and 100% genuine products, rest assured what you order is what you will get. They have earned a customer from here on out and I will be purchasing all my luxury brands from them. This is not a distributor, they are a scam. I made an order on the 12th of December and until this day I have not received my order or even an update about it. I paid extra for express shipping through *** but they never sent the item. They sent me tracking information, but it was for ***** not *** like I paid for. They also made me purchase an order protection fee, and now that my items have not arrived they want to make it seem like it was lost in shipping even though they never sent the items in the first place. Very disorganized and no customer service what so ever, I called the number and got no answer. I would not recommend to do business with this "company."Review from Zaven Y

What a scam !!! This people sold me a fake perfume , as soon as I mentioned that I want to return it and get my money back, they send me an email stating that there is absolutely no problem. After the perfume been returned , they charged me a 15% for opening this fake Creed Aventus perfume !!! Wow , what a joke !!! Rip off !!! The worst customer service !!!!!!!!Review from Carol P

Upon looking into your order and any potential emails on our ticketing system we see no conversations or complaints from you or this order. Would you mind please explaining your reasoning for this review? We're an extremely highly rated company because we have such fresh and authentic products, so the language you've used here, especially without any notes on your account, is rather surprising. I purchased a bottle of Parfum De Marly Percival for $248 from this company. The fragrance was a counterfeit and did not even last a hour before it was no longer at all detectable. The smell was very faint as well. I thought maybe it needed to sit for awhile or something. I was wrong, it never got better. The real Percival is a 8-10+ hour fragrance. After reading the return policy I realized I was not going to get a full refund no matter if fake or not. I post a review on their page and it was never posted. So I am posting it here. I want to let it be known that some of the stock is possible counterfeit and it will be almost impossible to know for sure without inspecting the product. I’m not saying every item sold there is counterfeit, but I’m for sure the product I received was. I’ve sampled Percival before and this was not Percival characteristics.La Belle Distributors Inc Response

Hello we see an order of this product from you well over a year ago and then you came back and purchased again another PDM. Weird that you would leave a review well over a year after purchase as we would have gladly allowed a return. For your reference, we buy DIRECT from PDM - this is not a resell product and all our products are invoiced directly, again, from a line of PDM. This product is 100% authentic, perhaps after a year you've purchased it somewhere else and mistaken the company - as with the tends of thousands of PDM we've sold it's the line with literally zero complaints.Review from Shannon F.

I’ve ordered a product since the ending of November and never received it up to this day. I contacted USPS many times, filed a service request, sent the letter to this company and I’ve emailed this company several times. In order for me to get a response, I have to email them more than once. They claim they are not responsible for any lost packages, which is not stated on their website and I can’t file a claim with USPS because Labelle did not put insurance on the package, so there’s no way I can get a refund AT ALL! I’m very disappointed
