              10/2023 I canceled a surgical procedure with Mia ********** in *************** and a refund was supposed to be processed but I haven't received a refund yet. They keep giving me the runaround by ignoring my calls or saying they will handle it. This is nerve wrecking this company owes me *******.

              Ok so let me start ... from my pre-opt Tajh was AWESOME, she made me very comfortable & gave reassurance to calm down and explained the process in detail and was patient with my nerves. She didn't pressure the payment even though we know it has to be paid she was super professional about it rather than ******* my funds without any detail of my services. Now to surgery day, it was a great experience. My nerves were all over the place but the nurses was AWESOME , but ******* , she is THE ******* Any lady going there should experience her from the jump. She's honest & she has a gift of ************** spirit is GREAT !!! She's the mama of the bunch. Calmed my nerves from the beginning & took great care of me in recovery !!! 10/10 definitely recommend. Now I'm in the process of healing so I'll leave another update in about 3 months when my recovery time has come by. Thanks DR. ***** ****** for making the path to dream b**** possible. Thanks again for caring for me n the manner & detailing me with everything i needed.
