Complaint I called the company and requested a visit because my shower was backing up. The sales man from the company came over and placed a camera at the front of the house ran it until the bathroom, and sold me on the service to re-pipe 135 feet utilizing this new technology that build a PVC pipe inside the pipe.and it was supposed to go all the way till the shower and resolve my issue *********** was scheduled and During the service I asked if the pipe was going to the shower, they said no. I immediately called the sales man **** and shared my concern. His words were: the problem always horizontal and it will fix the shower. If doesnt, call me and Ill take care of it*********** was complete and the issue continue the next day, I called the company and was told **** was no longer there. They sent a technician and supervisor and simply told me that the service that I asked for was something else and if I want I needed to pay an additional ***** to fix the issue and that didnt include redoing the tiles of my bathroom. We were told the salesman that represented their company that day wasnt working there anymore so therefore they were not responsible for the issue and additionally doing what they did was good for the house anyways I tried to contact the company for resolution multiple times but their only solution was to sell me another job at a discounted price They said they are specifically going by the contract, their salesman specifically told me the service would go all the way to the shower ( reason I called to begin with). I fell the business is selling unneeded services and not what the customer is calling forInitial Complaint

I signed a contract with the company on 01/04/2024.I paid them $2,188.00 Rooter360 inspected our cast iron pipes and said that they would be able to line them even though they could not get the camera into the kitchen pipe. After signing the contract and giving them the $2,188.00 deposit, I had a plumber come over to move the pipe into the wall to match the new renovation. When moving the pipe, we discovered that the kitchen pipe was completely collapsed and could not be sleeved. I immediately informed them via email on 01/06/2024 that we would have to cancel their services so they would not need to send out their technicians on Monday (01/08/2024) necessarily. However, on 01/09/2024 they emailed me that they would only give me half of my deposit back according to their contract. I responded by letting them know that the **************** has a cooling off period of 72 hours after signing a contract that allows a person to cancel it, however I have not received any response. I have repeatedly called the company and nobody returns my phone calls.Initial Complaint

On July 5, 2023 I contacted this company for their cast iron pipe lining services and had received the quote of $3960.00 for 30 feet of lining. My wife and I were presented evidence of the damage to our pipes and had agreed for the work to be done. On July 17, 2023, on the agreed upon date of service, after staring the technicians apparently found 2 more sites of damage. After the technicians dug a whole directly beside the outside patio door, I had received a phone call about the added work. I was unable to be shown the video as I was at work. My wife who was working from home was supposed to be shown the video to make an informed decision but was not shown as well. With the hole already dug I had felt pressured into getting the work done without seeing the proof first. The price almost doubled to $5, 760. I had no evidence of the damage and had to go only by the words of their office. I understand issues arise my discomfort is in the fact neither myself nor my wife was shown scope footage. Once the crew left we notices some more issues. I am not sure that the toilet ring was replaced after removal. Most disturbingly they left they had left a bottle of urine in the corner of my yard. My wife and I are the only ones that have access to the back yard; the technicians were the only ones there. I feel like this has been handled very unprofessionally. As of now I am waiting to sign the new invoice, change of order, and job completion certificate until I send this first. When we told the company about the bottle of urine we simply got a 'we will look into it' and only the secretary apologized. It is disgusting and incredibly inappropriate as I have dogs and they could have gotten into it.
