On Oct 6, 2022 I purchased a Pentair Ultra 140 pool heater from Pool Supply Delivery in the amount of $5,523.62. I received email verification the order was processed and the credit card was charged. I called the phone listed on the website to verify and the phone was not a working number. I used the chat line and that too received no response. The order, which was to be delivered on Oct. 16 - 18 never arrived and I have not been able to contact the vendor since. The phone still does not work and no response by repeated email attempts. I have filed with the *** and IC3.gov. The bank has declined to do a chargeback and therefore I am out the $5523.62. The credit card was run through a company called TOPPOOLSUPPLY. They too have the same non connected phone number on their website.
