On January 25, 2023, I had a technician visit from LE Grand electronics who came to replace the control panel of my Sharp microwave. Model SMD2470AS At the end of the visit that took about 15 to 20 minutes we were left with an invoice in the amount of $486.85 which I paid with a check that was given to the technician.On the invoice it was noted that the cost of the replaced part is $170, and the rest of the amount is labor!!I called LE Grand electronics and told *********, the manager. that the charge of the labor is outrageous since the labor was about removing and inserting several screws.********* told me that this is the rate that they charge and agreed to take $40 of the invoice!! She claimed that I was told on the phone what will be the charge before the visit which is correct however I was not given the details (part vs labor) and I did not know that the actual repair will be so simple and quick!!I do not think that charging me $316 for the labor is appropriate when a standard technician visit cost $125.I appreciate if you help me receiving my money back and charging me only $125 for the labor.Thank you.********************* ************
