      I ordered a Whopper MEAL AND a large drink with it. All I got were the fries. The website lets you select things to order, when most websites will not let you select what is not available. I ordered directly from the website meaning Burger King is responsible for my REFUND. They offered a $5 coupon that is nowhere near the cost of the missing items. The public customer service number does not go through, it automatically hangs up. The chat bot is useless and is the one that offered a $5 coupon that may or may not be redeemable anyway, so I declined. I want my money back and to never patronize BK again. I have a video which is the delivery driver telling me the items are missing and that I need a refund. I also need the delivery fee refunded since the delivery fee is dependent on "bag size." The bag size was incomplete before it left the establishment. This is clear theft and they better handle each incident otherwise it can turn into a bigger problem, like a class action lawsuit from all the consumers who ordered items and did not receive them. Those burgers add up in money, that's why the company STEALS the burger value amount from people and no one takes it seriously because "it's just a burger." It's NOT just a burger. The meal with the delivery fees added up to $26! And I only got under $10 worth of this! And they ordered a $5 coupon!

      Date of transaction was 10/19/2024. Order of $34.38 was placed using Burger ************ app. Upon arriving at the location, I was met with a sign that said unable to make burgers, fried food only as their broiler was not functioning properly.I attempted to ask for a refund at the location, however, was told that there was nothing that could be done and as long as the order was not confirmed delivered to me in the system it would refund me to my card in 24 hours. It has now been over 48 hours and the order was processed through my bank account and refund has not been received. Ive called the location numerous times with no avail, and the customer service number is not functioning.

      I ordered on the app and click the egg cheese croissant sandwich to and get two. The picture only shows one and in the cart is just says 2x croissant. After I pay I immediately noticed it had a 4 next to it and I cant eat four. So with in 30 seconds I call the store at ****************************************I told them what happened the guy was nice and felt bad but said I would have to cancel on the app. I said ok and not to make my order. So I received no order then wasnt allowed to cancel the app. And customer service messaged back and said I cant have my money back only points. How can I not get my money when I didnt get the food.

      This complaint is in regards to their Burger **************** They don't respond to complaints, so I'm filing it here. They are a HORRIBLE company with ********* customer service. I went to place on In app order at a BK store in ****** this evening and it was nothing but a disaster. I put the Free Whopper with purchase offer in my cart along with other items, went to check out, and it kept declining my ****** checkout. Funny, when I used it 2 days ago at McD's, there was no problem. So I switched it to a regular credit card and it went through. I was given my order, and it was missing the Whopper. Apparently, their poorly designed app removed it without telling me. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. The store told me I had to do that in the app. Of course, all the app does is send you to a useless AI bot. Then I get a canned form email telling me how to place orders. ********************** the restaurant for nothing. I was late for a movie and starving. The company provides NO number to call, and nobody to contact. What a HORRIBLE ATROCIOUS BUSINESS!

      On 10-16-24 I ordered food through the ** app. When we went to pick up our food they could not provide the items we ordered and refused to issue a refund. We were charged for food we did not receive anything. This would be theft as nothing was provided for payment.

      Burger King is currently running a TV ad for their *********************************** 2 for $5. The commercial features a woman holding and eating a burger, then it cuts away to the ********************************** on a table. HOWEVER, the burger the woman is holding is far bigger than a standard *************** is eating the standard Whopper. The commercial makes it seem like the Whopper ** is much bigger than it seems ******************************************************************************

      Went into the store trying to use the app to order the code and qr code did not work so I used the mobile app to order clicked on the store I was at and when i looked at the order it defaulted ti the last store I was at and sent my order there which was an hour away went trying to use there customer service app it would not submit my issue so went on the website to find a number to call only to end up in the same useless ai system

      I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches using your mobile app at 10:28 am and by the time I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, the manager told me they stopped serving breakfast. I asked for a refund but they said they could not help me with mobile orders because it is a 3RD PARTY APP even though it is a Burger *********** app. This morning, I went back just after 9am to ask if they could now give me the order I paid for because it is well within breakfast hours and AGAIN the manager gave me a hard time and told me she could not give me the sandwiches I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR because of 'inventory control'?! She never mentioned having 'inventory control' problems when they made less sandwiches than were paid for but when I ask for the sandwiches I paid for they suddenly DO have 'inventory control' problems? It seems Burger King does not care about customer satisfaction even when an upset customer does not get WHAT HE PAID FOR! The mobile app customer support is useless because they only compensate you 1 time every 60 days and I had another recent issue so NO REFUND FROM MOBILE SUPPORT.

      On Thursday at 1:30 to 2:0betweenpm, I tried to order a $5 meal online using the App and Wifi while I was at a ************ a block from ** at ***********************************************************, but the hung up on the 'confirm location' page with a rotating circle and the map was not displayed and returned to the page displaying the ordered items and prices. After trying again with the same result, I drove to the ** location and tried again with the same result. Since I had 2 cats to care for, I drove home, about 6 miles away to get the cats back to a safe location. When I got home, the app showed a partial page indicating the order had been accepted and the receipt was in my email. I took care of the cats, decided to drive to a closer location, and drove to a ** and ordered the same item.I believe the *** place the order should not have placed the order.Another problem is the closest ** is no longer a plade to order. They used to add $0.90 charge when an special priced item was ordered that did not appear on the receipt. The total was just $0.90 higher, which I believe is illegal. Curently add $1.39 when a special with a diet drink is ordered, which while legal but I believe is unreasonable to punish only those of us that want or **** to avoidd unnecessary sugar. Now I just refuse to stop there when ordering a diet drink or go to a different vendor.

For example you dial disclosing you have Vegetarian Whoppers and you then cook them on the same grill as meat. Please have a separate machine for such allergy concerns and code of conduct.
