      Went to Bk after ordering on their app and the manger tells me Im at the ring location so I ask for assistance to the right location she got an attitude and acted as if I was bothering her and stated she cant help me its all on the app but when I checked the app the location was the one I was standing inside of I tried to reach BK number doesnt work and the app is c***

      I visited the Burger King at *********************************************************************************** on 11/10/24. I ordered the #2 Doubke Whopper Combo for $10.79 and the # 5 **************** for $6.79 both without cheese. I was charged $22.92. When I got to the window the drink was large,I asked the cashier was this the size that comes with the *****? I was told yes. I was given my food without being giving a receipt. I had to ask for my receipt because I had this experience with the *** on ****** ****. Upon reading my receipt I see I was charged $12.39 for the double whopper ***** and $8.39 for the whopper jr ***** plus a .10 cent up charge for a large onion ring. I went inside and asked the manager who was on duty at 1:34pm, why was I charged for a large meal that I didnt order? She stated that the register automatically rings up large. Im a restaurant supervisor of a didnt fast food chain and I know that couldnt be true. So, this is a way of stealing from customers without their knowledge. Especially since I had to ask for my receipt. As a consumer I have the right to be charged the price that listed on the menu board. No fast food establishment has the right to up charge me without my permission, this is unethical and deceptive. Something needs to be done about this!!

      Burger **** took my money even though they didnt have all the items I wanted and refused to refund me. They never have what I order either even though its not a specialty item.

      Have it your way is their motto till they make it wrong and say we cant take it back once we give it to you yet I questioned was it made right as last time it wasnt. He said here open it up and show me so I do. No Mayo good but extra pickles was 4 and 1/2 pickles and extra onions was 2 slices I said I get it this way every time. He hands me a box with some onions and pickles I said whats this? Your extra onions and pickles I say r u kidding me? What do you want I said it made correctly. He said cant take it back once you have it. I said if its made wrong you do? He shut the window. ********* is down the street!! No more being treated poorly. Im also a retail mgr and I wouldnt put up with that type of customer service from my employees!

      Just ****** this location. Theres a guy on the drive thru who is insanely rude to everybody. I tried to reach out to customer service and ********************** King corporate but the customer service number doesnt work. And if you try to go through the corporate number itll be an automated assistant who will say press zero to speak with an operator then it will just keep repeating your options but wont connect you to an operator. Tried to submit a complaint on the Burger King corporation website but it wouldnt let me upload my receipt after it said in order to address the complaint they need to see the receipt. It is 1:00pm 10/22/2024 on a Tuesday. So they should still be in the office even if its Florida time. All to of complaints about the drive thru employee. Tried asking for the guys name but the manager wouldnt give it to me. And so all I know and apparently several people on ****** who have left reviews is hes a black ***** *** and super rude and nothings being done about it. The managers name is *** who wouldnt do anything about it

      The Burger King in *************************. The manager was very rude they messed up my order and when I got them to fix it I went back to my table and the manager was yelling from the grill area telling me I better pay for the stuff I added to my burger instead of coming out to me like a manager should have and telling me there will be an extra charge but she yelled at me over a 30 cent piece of cheese and I had to explain to my 12 yr old niece why this woman was yelling at me and my niece pointed out to me that there was a ***** crawling up the wall by where we were sitting we stopped eating thru the food away and went somewhere else cleaner to eat

      Manager in the ********************* location; combative, no people skills, lies to customers, calls customers liars, and should not be in a manager's position; with control of a million dollar business! I guess this is the only job she can get! I can tell you exactly what is wrong with this company and how to fix it but it would cost you my going rate, per hour! My advice... Even though I like the food when correct....Go ahead and shut them all down and dissolve the company!

      Dealing with hurricane ******, no electricity, drove over 300 miles, no shower for 3 days, couldn't cook...just wanted a nice breakfast! Gave my order, was told to pull around they'd bring it out. I was the only car in line. A lady brings the bag and goes inside. I go home, only half of my order was in the bag. I drive back, told a girl I was missing items, then was cussed at and was told "I'm not giving you no **** free sandwich"! I was exhausted and hungry. I left and went to ********* in ****** Fl.,and was pleasantly given what I ordered. I'm not dropping the ball! I will be seeing the store manager and if nothing is done, I'm calling the police. If nothing happens I will contact corporate, and then a lawyer!
