On 4/30/24 I made a purchase from RYOT.com. After waiting the 1-3 business days I emailed them and asked why it was taking so long and to cancel it if it could not be sent out by next day that I would just purchase from a storefront. They replied back on 05/02/2024 stating they were doing an annual inventory and my item was cancelled. On 05/08/2024 I get an email saying my product is on the way to which I replied it was cancelled and did not want it. *** emailed them numerous times and attempted to get with them on social media and they refuse to answer any correspondence in over a week now.Customer response

Date 11-15-23. These people use dealer that do not ***** their product warranties or give proof of purchase. This seller distributor said they would ***** the warranty for their product after jumping through all their hoops. They sent me a tracking number and never shipped my replacement - see enclosed email. I would like a replacement as advertised.Customer response

Good morning!
******************** reached out to us on 11/15/23 via email informing us of a defect with his item. We then requested information in order to fill his warranty including: proof of purchase, documentation of the defect, and his full mailing address. This information was submitted by ******** on 11/16/23. His warranty replacement shipped out on 11/27/23 and reached his address on 12/06/23 as per the attached tracking link: ********************************************************************************
He has not contacted us since 11/27/23.
I have attached the pdf of our email thread along with the documentation from our warehouse to further confirm that the tracking number provided is his. Please let me know if there is any additional information we can provide to prove we have fulfilled his request.
