In 2019 I purchased 4 years worth of beauty products and facials (2 years in January and an additional 2 years in April). During COVID the location in ***************, ** was closed due to *********** regulations for a period of time. Once it opened, I began to go to the store around Nov 2020 to obtain products, as I had already been without for 6 months. On three different occasions I was told to leave my name & number and I would receive a callback to arrange for refills. I never received a callback or product in the mail (which they stated they were willing to ship product to save customers a trip to the store). I waited for a long period of time then began emailing my contact **************** at *********************** Une Beaute is a sister company of Beyond the Soap (both doing / offering the same products). I've emailed on 4 occasions with a list of products and in 4 separate emails sent pictures of the products I used. I did not receive a single response. Since then, the *************** location has closed, but the company is still in business and had committed to mailing products to its customers. I've been out of products since mid-2020. I've already lost facials, that were part of the package, so all I'm asking for is 2 years worth of the products the company committed to providing. I've done my research and they have several locations in *******, so it's not a bankruptcy issue. The cost of the packages was well over $10,000 so this is not an inexpensive loss for me financially.
