Installed a new roof in January 2023 with A&E Brothers. Was told I have a 10 year leak free warranty that is in the contract. Since install I have had multiple leaks. I continue to have leaks and not the company is not addressing the **** leak and i have a warranty. They advised the leaks seem old and they would rather cut-out and replace the drywall inside and see if a leak appears later. Every time it rains a water **** then wafer stain appears in the same area which is a leak. The company advised the owner *** would call to discuss the issue with the constant leaks but no call. In one repair in June the repair person came unprepared and did not have foam or mortal to reinstall tiles and used another substance which A&E advised he should not have but they are also refusing to fix that alone with the leaks. They are not standing behind their work or warranty for leaks on a new roof and now nobody is calling to fix the issues.
