My order at 8:12 pm on January 11, 2023, I use priority express even though its expensive than regular , I hope to get my product soon. But by the 16th, I have not received it. Because my daughter's skin is very itchy, it caused blood everywhere, so I took her to the doctor, the doctor prescribed me medicine, I don't want the product I bought online, because the logistics is slow and the product effect is Slow, so I emailed them to tell them about my situation, and hoped that they would assist me in returning the product for a refund. Because in my shopping interface, there is no return or cancel button in the order, which means that once you buy their items, you can only wait for the courier to arrive. So, I need them to work in the background or tell me how I can return the item for a refund. Since they didn't respond, I sent another email on January 17th, and they still didn't reply me. As of the 18th today, there is no reply. Therefore, I feel forced to use their products because they cannot be after-sales, returned, or refunded. Besides, I told them before I received the express on the 16th, and I did not open the package when I received the express on the 17th. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I bought this product before and tried the effect. If the effect is not ideal, I can choose not to continue use. What's more, because the situation is serious, I have to consider another treatment plan, but they turn a blind eye. This attitude, Let me have to choose to complain, so. I'm now asking them for a refund and I'm sending the products back!!Business response

This order was placed at 9:12 pm on January 11th, and recieved by the purchaser on 17th. Thats 5 days transit with a weekend in between. We ship first class mail and that is noted on site. This order went out on 12th
she asked for us to send a return label as we did. Goods have been received and processed for refund. I am confused as to what she would have liked us to do differently?
