I purchased this vehicle on July 2022. Since I purchased this vehicle I have been having ongoing mechanical issues and put so much money into repairing this truck. This truck has been in a repair shop six times for several different issues. Freightliner in ******** deemed the vehicle unsafe and unrepaireable. I would like a refund back for the deposit and return the vehicle back to the dealership.Customer response

Greetings,
This truck was purchased 4 months ago. It was purchased as is, all his documents show that. I think a refund is not even a plausible resolution. Mr ******** ***** is new to trucking and it seems to me that this might be the direct result of his troubles.

I am rejecting this response because:Although, the vehicle was sold as is, the dealership failed to notify and document the condition of the vehicle. If I knew the vehicle had mechanical issues or needed repairs, I would have known what action to take as a consumer.
The dealer deceived me and told me that they do a top and bottom inspection of the vehicle, however every since I had the vehicle, it have been in a shop more than it have been on the road.
