I am one of many clients of *********************************** - of VMF Film Co. - that has dealt with a breached contract for her videography services meant to be provided for my wedding weekend, April *****, 2023. Other clients have also filed complaints with BBB. ****************** not only failed to deliver the promised materials by the date stated in the contract (September 29), but she has failed to respond to a single communication from me asking for a status update - of which there have been dozens: via text, phone calls, emails. She also failed to respond to the demand letter sent by my lawyer last month, mailed to her residence as well as via email. I paid her in-full for her services, totaling $7500. She took my money (a series of deposits and my remaining payments post-wedding) after she filmed my rehearsal dinner party and wedding day, and never delivered anything, in what has been an egregious breach of contract. I have no update on when the materials--due September 29th, 2023--will be delivered. She has ignored all attempts to contact her, from May 2023 through April 2024. At this point, all we care most about is the irreplaceable raw footage from our wedding day. If she cannot provide her editing services as promised in our contract and for which she was paid, we will accept the precious raw footage from our wedding. I have attached a copy of our original contract, dated May 2, 2022. I have also attached the demand letter sent by my lawyer. I have also attached 4 receipts of my payments. On or about July 2021, I contacted VMF Film Co. (**********************************), about hiring her for videography services for my December 2022 wedding. I spoke with ******** on the phone regarding her services, and eventually ended up signing a contract with her and hiring her. We set up a payment plan where I would pay an initial deposit of $1,750 and then make recurring monthly payments of $170.63 until the month prior to the wedding. As contractually obligated, I paid the full balance for her services a month prior to the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, ******** was very communicative. On the day of the wedding, ******** showed up, and filmed the wedding. Approximately one month after the wedding, ******** informed me that I should have the video by April 22, 2023. April 22, ******************************************************** I have sent ******** various emails, text messages, direct messages on social media, and have attempted to call her countless times. It is January 17, ****, and I do not have my wedding video, nor any communication from ******** regarding a status. I hired an attorney and sent ******** a demand letter with an expiration of December 22, 2023, which was received but not responded to. I have also filed a police report with the *****************************Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I received the response from VMF Film Co., however I do not feel comfortable stating that the response is satisfactory or not, until I receive the final product in question, which is my wedding video. I know that the BBB has a policy where if they do not hear from the claimant within 10 days they close the complaint, however she has stated that she will take 14 days to produce my wedding video. Further, I do not trust that response and will not trust it until I receive the video, because there are many reviews online of people in my same situation, where she tells them she will be sending their wedding video in 14 days, and once the day for the video comes, she disappears again. How can we move forward. Thank you.

I am filing a complaint agains **********************************, CEO, owner of *** Photo, LLC, Fl. Lic. ***********. Our daughter's wedding was scheduled for December 22, 2022. We signed a contract with this person, we made 17 monthly installment payments totalling $3900, from July 15, 2021 - Nov. 22, 2022, one month before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she was present, she took videos of the whole ceremony, etc. However, per the contract she was suppossed to turn in the video to us by April 2023. Today, is December 20, 2023 and we have not received the video. We have made several attempts to contact her, via phone, texts, emails, and she hasn't replied to any of our phone calls. We have even called from different numbers, and she has completely ignored all forms of communication. I would like to obtain the video. A wedding event such as this one, happens once in a lifetime. These events, moments, speeches cannot be recreated. I would like for this person to come forward and give us the video, or at least tell us what happenned that she has not given us the video, she has not replied to us, with at least an explanation. I have contacted the bank where payments were made, (it is under review) but I much rather receive my daughter's wedding video.
