I contacted the seller via Instagram because I was interested in buying one of the watches he had for sale. Unable to visit his store in *************** due to living in the ******* area, we agreed to meet halfway in a jewelry store to confirm the authenticity of the watch. He requested a deposit payment of $1,000 via Zelle to ensure I was a serious buyer and wouldn't waste his trip. I agreed to $500, sent him the money on 1/19/24, confirmed our meeting for the next day. However, the day of the meeting he didnt show up and stopped responding to my messages or calls.

Dear BBB,
This wasnt me!! There is an Imposter Scammer that is using my name and scammed at least one other individual person. An imposter on Instagram with the handle @serfansaamandi305 is promoting a fraudulent company called RocksOnClocksZiv.
Is that who scammed??? It was NOT me!
My instagram is Ziv.Tamir and has a blue verification badge. I was only made aware of this recently when another distressed individual contacted me about almost falling victim to a similar scam described in the complaint above. I immediately made a post about it and shared it on my REAL social media. He had also reported that he has indeed been scammed by this deceptive operation. As if that wasnt enough, people have also filed complaints with ****** about my legitimate company, tarnishing its previously flawless 5.0-star review status. This unjust situation is causing significant harm and distress. The other person who was scammed filed a police report.
