We made a horrible mistake hiring this company to place a new roof on our home just about 3 years ago. The first issue was a leak that appeared around our skylight. A representative came out and stated it was a 22 caliber bullet that was in roof and the warranty did not cover the damage. I never saw the bullet in the roof but initially trusted the diagnosis. I was able to go in the attic and see it that the actual leak was coming from the skylight and not some bullet hole. After coming out a couple more times they finally agreed to repair the leak. A few days ago the leak appeared again in the same spot but this time flooding my bathroom. I called the company but did not get a response until the next day. I went into the attic and it appears to have been leaking for quite awhile but this time was so bad it was coming out of my bedroom walls, electrical outlets and light fixtures. I had to cut the power to that part of the home and go buy some tar and seal it in a rainstorm. The owner of said company called me this morning about coming back out to take a look. I advised him that I didnt want them to come out anymore because they dont seem to know how to fixit. He started to cite Florida law. He said he was just hearing about the problem now but I said from the evidence its still been leaking since the fix. He started to use vulgar language so I discontinued the call. He instantly called and left an extremely nasty voice mail which Im saving for evidence.
