This company is very poor customer service and I kept calling them so many times. They don't get it when I need the ****** with seat. My doctor updated with new work order for them to deliver within 24 hours. Today I called them and they said that they will deliver it today. Guess what? They said that the ****** with seat is out of stock. They never call me to let me know when it is out of stock. I don't appreciate it and they don't have any knowledge experience about the customer service and what the patients need equipment stat. They always postpone. I need the ****** with seat immediately. They think that it's not important for any patients including me what they need any equipment. Never and ever to contact them. They are terrible and no respect at all.
