I was approached by a sales representative when I was shopping at ******** in April of this year. She offered me a free sample, and then asked if I would be interested in a product that would reduce the appearance of wrinkles (I was 70 years old at the time.) My husband and I went in and I was seated and the product was applied. It seemed to be legitimate and definitely reduced the wrinkles. The sales person explained the use and then quoted a price. I told her I wasn't interested. She asked if it was the price, and I said yes, partially. She then offered a two year supply for the same price as the one year supply which she had quoted earlier. I accepted the offer, and I do not have any issue with the cost.I used the product once a week for six weeks when it stopped dispensing. I'm not sure whether the product ran out or if there was a problem with the delivery system. I called the phone number on the business card that I was given and spoke directly to the sales person who handled my sale. She seemed surprised that there was a problem and I thought she was sympathetic and understanding. She said she needed to speak to her manager to see how they wanted to handle the problem. A day or two later she texted asking me to send a picture of the product. I thought they were working on solving my problem, so I was happy.A week later since I hadn't heard any further I tried calling again and left a message. A week later I tried again. Then I did try one more time, and this time I also tried calling the store at the number that was on the business card. This number seems to be out of service. I again left a message at the first number on the business card. I have had no response to my calls and no resolution has been offered. Please note, the amount is not listed as there was no issue with the price I paid.

I purchased the cosmic enhancing beta filler for $200 on 5/14/24. The button on the product stopped work and there is no way to dislodge it and get there product out. I have tried calling the nunber for the shop but it is disconnected. I called the company that makes them and they said this is a privately owned company and can't do anything. They did not have a contact number for them, The shop is located at: Beauty Boutique, ***************************** ****** **

As I walked past this beauty boutique on May 11, 2022, the salesman lured me into the store to try free samples. He applied 2 creams on my face which I liked. The tubes of cream were about 4 inches in length. The prices were not displayed on the items. I asked him how much they cost and he said $40.00. I thought that was reasonably priced and I decided to buy them. When he rang me up on the register, the amount was not displayed. I placed my signature on a small black pad which also did not display the amount. I repeat, he told me the cost was $40.00. I am 72 years old but I am not hard of hearing. He placed the receipt in the bag and I left, without looking at the receipt. When I got home and looked at the receipt I almost fainted. It was for $845.00. I also saw on the receipt that they do not give refunds, so basically I was scammed. I have no recording of the conversion in which the salesman told me the items were $40.00. I can only give you my word. if I honestly knew that my bill would be $845.00, and I would never have bought those items.
