Pro music rights has been harassing me about a bill and a subscription that I didn't even subscribe to. I look their website up online a while back and put in my name and information. Pro Music Rights, LLC address: **** Airport Pulling Rd N STE 203, Naples, FL ********** Not sure how this company has gotten my info but they are falsely claiming I owe them money. There is no record of transaction. I have never heard of this company before and demand they stop emailing me with these fake invoices with balances. Definitely a scam of some sort and i will be reporting this to the higher authorities. I have also read the comments of others pertaining to this business and can see that the business is fraudulent.Business response

("the Company") on September 1, 2021. As a result of the execution of the agreement, the Company anticipates a full and complete compliance of all provisions stated in the BLA, including payment of the outstanding balance and the payment of ongoing license fees over the initial five-year term. The termination of the agreement will only be effective upon reaching the initial term of 5 years, accordingly. Failure to comply with the terms of the agreement will be considered as a breach of the agreement that *** constitute to legal action. We came across this site about a year ago, and we just wanted to get info about the services they provided. But, instead, for you to get info you were requested to sign up. Upon signing up, we realized that this was a monthly subscription and directly thereafter we reached out to Pro Music Inc, in order to cancel the order; but for some reason they refused. We have tried to reach out several times, but still no resolution has been done. Now, we are being billed continuously for a service that we're not using. For resolution all we need is balance and service to cancelled or discontinued. Thank you.Business response

("the Company") on June 6, 2020.
As a result of the execution of the agreement, the Company anticipates a full and complete compliance of all provisions stated in the **** including payment of the outstanding balance and the payment of ongoing license fees over the initial five-year term. The termination of the agreement will only be effective upon reaching the initial term of 5 years, accordingly. Failure to comply with the terms of the agreement will be considered as a breach of the agreement that *** constitute to legal action.

I am rejecting this response because:I came across this site about a couple years ago, and we just wanted to get info about the services they provided. But, unfortunately in order to get info you were requested to sign up. Thereafter, signing up, we realized that this was a monthly subscription and directly thereafter we reached out to Pro Music **** in order to cancel the order; but for some reason they refused. *** tried to reach out several times but no resolution at all has been done. Now, Im been harassed with emails a supposedly being billed continuously for a service that isn't being used, this is ridiculous and fraudulent. For resolution all i need is balance cleared and service to be cancelled or discontinued subscription. Please and thank you!
