  On January 3, 2022 I signed with Castilla Roofing to have our roof replaced. After **** almost every home in the ********* section of our development has had their roof replaced. The salesman ************************* took us to the place to pick out tile. He ordered the tile and was told because of backlogs it might be as long as June before our tiles arrived. We hoped it would be sooner. I gave him a check **** dated January 3, 2022 for $24,300.00 for 50% of the job. Near the end of May we were told they were coming to work on the roof. A truck pulled up one morning and tore off the old roof and put down the new base. We were told we had to pay another 25% so I mailed check **** dated May 28, 2022 for $12,300.00. I received a call from Castilla that we had not paid the other 25%. They said they never received my check. I stopped payment on that check and gave them check **** dated June 13, 2022 for $12,300.00. Our roof has sat open since with no tiles. I called many times and was told they were coming. The salesman was gone, we met the supervisor ********************************* and general manager ******************************* who both told us they would take care of us to get the job done. June came and went. I left messages for the general manager with no response. July came we were told the tiles would arrive July 25, 2022. July 25, 2022 came and went with no tiles. ****** arrived and the general manager finally returned my calls and told me he was working on it. I called the supervisor and he told me he was working on the east coast for Castilla and was surprised that we never received our tiles to finish the job and he would call ****** to find out why. The general manager ******************************* finally called me and told me the tiles would be delivered August 31, 2022 and it would take 2 or 3 day to finish the job. It is now August 31, 2022, No tiles. I called the office and ****** who told me was checking on it and would get back to me. Please help us.
