  On 08/17/2022 , a buisness by the name of Air Slinger, Inc..came to my house to install an energy saving system,provided by ***********..Air Slinger Inc..sent a tech out.to do the work..I told the tech that he couldnt do it from up in my ceiling..The energy saver system was suppose to be in my car garage...The tech told me,NO PROBLEM,so I came back into my house,from the garage,attached garage..So an hour after Tech got here and proceeded with instalation,,I heard hammering and the walls were shaking and so I went back to the garage to see what the hammering was about..I walked into my garage and saw a 10 inch by 10 inch hole pounded through my garage ceiling and another round hole and fresh cracks in the area of the techs hammering.. The tech DID NOT INFORM me of what he was going to do,before hand and did not tell me he was going to hammer a hole through my dry wall ceiling..when I saw the damage , I imediately told the tech to leave my property...The Tech laughed at me and left before I called the police..I submitted an incident report with Pasco sheriffs office,same day..The Tech also spliced my thermostat wires to my air system in my attic and left the wires exposed,and also tore my duct work up..There is an adjuster from *********** assigned to my complaint,..AIR SLINGER ***** is not even accredited with BBB,,like they are trying to hide, ALOT.. ************ should be shut down and their liisence suspended..This buisness is doing everything that it can to derail my claim along with ***********..I will file a complaint also with the buisness and regulatory ********** of ************ tech thought that the damage to my home,that he madewas so funny..making it an insult after injury..

  Thank you for your feedback,There are a few inaccuracies in your review.
  We would like to address.
  One of are representative called you the day of when you called to talk about what happened, all you wanted to do is yell at him and not let him talk and then you hang up.
  Then the following day we called a drywall contractor out to look at the hole that was 6in x 6in maybe to patch it because the tech was unable to get in your very tight attic and was trying to get you on the program,You where yelling at him also on the phone.
  But you did let him over the following day to look and give us proposal on fixing the ceiling,but you only went on about us replacing your whole ceiling in the garage.The contractor assured you the patch would last as long as your ceiling.
  This hole would of already been taking care of.
  So we have been trying to be resolve the hole that was made.
  But thank you for a learning lesson,better to walk away from some jobs.
  All the tech was trying to do is get the job done for you.
  Yes he should of never made that hole and he will never do that again.
  For the duct work, I'm unsure how that comes to play when he was never in your attic.
  The t.stat wire he never got that far and its low voltage with wire nuts.
  This is a older home with many cracks in the ceiling that someone tried to patch and the ceiling if discolored we have pictures of it.

  as you can see..
  pics included..Trying to get me on the program after damage was done..Did not advise me before damage was done,or having my permission to continue..Even Air Slinger,states that Air Slinger TECH SHOULD NOT HAVE HAMMERED HOLES,or TORE MY DUCT WORK,OR SPLICE MY AIR CONDITIONING THERMOSTAT WIRES in his own words...in his reply.
  Air Slinger sent their own contracter Drywall TECH out to my home and as you can see,I DID NOT YELL AT HIM and the ***** estimate is included..*********************************..His drywall tech also informed me, that a patch job would not work and the cracks and repair,,WOULD NOT LAST,,,Ther replyer to my complaint is lieing and I do not have trust in Air Slinger to do further damage to my home...The drywall tech informed me that the patch would reappear and ceiling would need replaced..Air Slinger has ADMITTED that the installer of the energy saver should not have hammered holes in my ceiling..and is trying to say that his tech,NEVER ENTERED MY CEILING..He is lieing and I witnessed the tech standing up in my ceiling..The drywall Tech NEVER told the replyer that if the ceiling was patched that it would not recrack for the life of the ceiling and I never yelled and the replyers own drywall teck as stated by him would reapear and this is why I demand total replacement of all that was damaged by AIR SLINGER..Air Slinger caused further damage to my ceiling,Thermo wires,and duct work and has owned responsibility, that their Tech, SHOULD NOT HAVE HAMMERED HOLES AND MADE CEILING WORSE,or permission from the home owner,to do so before the damage happened..
  If this buisness continues to deny responsibility I WILL HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE except to file a claim in SMALL CLAIMS COURT and request
  damage,seeking FULL,MAX PAYMENT under ******* Law..This buisness has denied me the name of their insurance company also trying to avoid responsibility and last names of persons,and is trying to cover this incident up,as though the damage was just a scratch,or minimal..AIR SLINGER HAS ADMITTED THAT THE INSTALLER OF THE ENERGY SAVER,SHOULD NOT have CAUSED ALL THIS DAMAGE TO START,,FURTHER DENIAL REPLYS are expected..Pics speek louder then LIES..And your tech,laughing at me in my ***** when I confronted him about the damage..My witness will testify to this also..The owner of AIR Slinger needs to step up and RESOLVE this case with me through DUKE ENERGY ADJUSTER..
  You,AIR SLINGER caused the damage,and ran away like a little kid that had just done something wrong when I contacted police..Further more,,you will not deny me your insurance carriers name or the last names of anyone who were to contact me..I will get your insurance carriers name and I am working on this,..THERE WILL NOT BE ANY COVER UP,ABOUT THE DAMAGE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE has done.OR THE **** AND SUFFERING AND ANXIETY THAT IM HAVING because your buisness caused the damage..I am DISABLED and A SENIOR CITIZEN...
  Plaintiff will reply and continues to seek resolution

  Here are pics of my thermostat wires,capped and pic of my duct work damaged by your employee,..How would you otherwise know of my CAPPED THERMO WIRES,THAT HE LEFT EXPOSED IF HE WASNT IN THE ATTICK?
