While running my car through *****'s car wash, somewhere between the spinning shammy's and Blowers we heard a sound like something was ripped off my car. When we got out of the wash we pulled over to inspect the car that's where we saw a piece of trim missing off of the rear passenger side of my car. We asked some of the employees there to retrieve the piece that was ripped off in the car wash that was still currently in the car wash bay. The staff there handed us the trim they retrieved from the bay and tried to send us on our way. We asked to fill out an incident report and asked for a manager's number. I was told someone would reach out to me when the *************** emailed me she told me I need to take this complaint to ****** cause it was a ****** defect and if they didn't help she would make it right. So I did. ****** would not help so I contacted her to give her ******s response, At which time she said she would contact ****** herself. She then responded back with snap shots of the cars manual which states, "not to wash in an automatic car wash that has acids in the detergent as it will loosen the plastic on the vehicle." nowhere at the car wash does it say that there is acids in they detergent and there are no warning signs that says check your cars manual to see if you can wash your car here. After her response I requested The contact number for someone above her, she claims that there's no one above her since she was the ** and we would have to deal with her. My car was damaged at they facility and therefore they should fix it. 99% of this conversation with ***** is in email if needed. --
