  The fact that I am too scared to put in to much detail as this company has been rumored to be ***** is sad. Received a DUI and had to take this class as part of my court order. Which is fine, I will do my service to do the services asked of me from a moment of lack of judgement and stupidity.Small story short every single time I called this company to either reschedule my appointment or get more information. I can get nothing but nasty and rude service. At the end of the day, this is a service that I am paying for this company. I am still paying customer and they are already treating me like they are the judge, the jury, and the executioner. Doing anything possible to take money out of my pocket. I volunteer heavily and youth program in the area so its hard for me on weekends and Ive had to reschedule twice. Every time I try to reschedule they tell me they cant do it before a certain date that always happens on a weekend when they are closed. I called three days late to reschedule my appointment and they are refusing to reschedule my appointment, not only was the staff incredibly rude and told me that they dont care that there is nothing they can do but now I am out $400+ and have to pay again to reschedule, which is ridiculous.One look at their ****** reviews, which I shouldve done sooner, and I wouldve never booked with them. It seems that this company is in the scamming and treating their customers like c*** because they believe theyre all criminals.I just wanna be able to take my class and not have to repay again. $400 is a lot, especially in this economy.

  All DUI Schools in the state of ******* are not for profit organizations, licensed and regulated by the ********** of Hwy. Safety & Motor Vehicles. The Program Rules and Regulations (signed by all) are established by the State of Florida. All costs and rescheduling fees are approved, outlined and mandated by FAC 15A. The rules are the same for all DUI School participants regardless of the county of attendance. DUI School participants are 100% protected by Federal HIPPA laws thus this agency cannot respond directly to the complainant's accusations.
