On December 4, 2023 I ordered a holster from this company for $49.95 for a police officer as part of a program I run during the holiday that helps families in need. I asked his wife if she could think of anything he needed or would want for Christmas since we had already gotten their childs gifts covered and she said he needed a new badge holder and a holster. Around the 3rd week of December I hadnt received it or heard anything so I emailed the company and they replied saying they would send it the next day. Christmas passed and I emailed again, no reply, I tried calling, texting, online chat, emailing for several weeks and no response whatsoever. So today, January 15th I filed a claim with PayPal and sent one last email and chat to the company. Miraculously they replied on both platforms. But of course because I filed the claim like I had warned them several times I would, it was too late. So now I am waiting for a refund. This company should be shut down!Initial Complaint

Ordered holster and was charged accordingly. Nearly two months go by and never received an update. Tried calling, texting, web chat, and email, but never received a response or acknowledgement. I did research and this guy has been scamming a lot of people! Disputed the charge with credit card company, and filed a report with the ** Attorney General.Initial Complaint

I placed an order ***** on 6-15-2022 in the amount of $24.95. I waited approximately 2weeks for delivery, which never came. I contacted the company 4 times, 2 emails, 2 phone calls, requesting information on my order. I was ignored all four times. Finally, I emailed the company again, 6-27-2022 and informed them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, if they did not answer me. They emailed me back telling me I would have a tracking number later that day. I waited for the tracking number, which never came. I then emailed them again 6-29-2022, to cancel my order, and was informed by Shaun N, that my order had already been shipped. They sent me no tracking number or shipping date. To this day I still have not received my merchandise. I either want my merchandise or a full refund.Initial Complaint

April 23rd Transaction $19.95 Total Found online where no one is receiving the promised products. No one has gotten ANY comunication whatsoever. This has been going on systematically for YEARS. Who know how many victims or how much stolen money he has.Initial Complaint

I placed my order with shooter industries on March 14 2022 my order has not been shipped yet. I have made multiple attempts to make contact on this situation. I have tried calling and no answer I have tried their chat line no answer. I have only received two responses via email. Both times I was told sorry for the delay it will be in the mail today. Yet here I am today no further than the day I placed my order. Well shooter industries has received my payment for $25.95 when the order was placed but I have not received my order. My order number is supposed to be 1419. We are now well over a month from the date the order was placed.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/05/20) */ Shooter industries has sent me a tracking number 20 days ago. When I check the status via usps it still says awaiting item for shipment. It is over 2 months since I placed the order. The two times that shooter industries responded to my email I was told "oh sorry for the delay it will be shipped today. Again still awaiting fulfillment. I even tried to compromise I told them if they couldn't fill my order due to being out of stock I would gladly take my refund. This was three days ago was the last time I got the same response "sorry for the delay it was being shipped today ". I gave it the benefit of the doubt but the status still says awaiting item for shipment. All I want is to resolve this issue. I would either like to receive my order or a refund. Please and thank you for your time and efforts. Consumer Response /* (2000, 21, 2022/06/17) */ I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier. I have received my order finally. It was over 90 days from the day it was placed. I want to thank you for your time, help and understanding.
