The school is not providing educational services as it should. I have spoken directly to campus personnel as well as campus directors and individuals who oversee the campus as a whole. I reached out to them to let them know that the instructor in place had not been instructing us properly and all they have done is cover up for each other in hopes it goes away. I have recorded lectures that prove what I have been saying is factual and even then I was told my concerns were not warranted. Safety is an issue on this campus, I have a video of me walking from the parking lot on this campus straight inside (no security in sight) with no badge or anything and nobody there to make sure campus safety is ALWAYS looking out for students. I told the school I did not want a reimbursement of my full tuition but of my current "MOD" because instruction has not been what its supposed to be and their offer to the solution was "tutoring". The campus equipment they say is up to date but is not. I've had multiple conversations about their unusable equipment and they respond with temporary solutions. So from safety, outdated equipment, a dirty facility and absolutely unacceptable instruction from this institute, I need someone to please help me with this institution who clearly has no problem taking a students money but not making a situation right. I do have the safety video of me walking into campus and the audio recordings of some lectures to prove what I am saying. I am only not ready to share them immediately in case the school decides to take legal action against me then I have them to protect myself.Business response

I was dismissed from their program while having a full hip replacement after being diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis in January 2022. I had first made the school aware of my diagnosis in December 2021, and advised I would need surgery and experienced rapid progression of my diagnosis and needed to be hospitalized multiple times. Keeping the school in the loop. I emailed their staff and received no response because staff members were absent from the school, and never told other staff members and during this time I was dismissed, even after other staff members were told of my current state and inability to walk, and being stuck to a hospital bed, they still expected me to attend classes in person, and ultimately let me go and charged me full tuition rates for the remainder of my tuition. They even sped up the process and sent my account to a collection agency, effecting my credit score. I lost my health insurance due to not having my grants or loans not be able to afford my health insurance premium, losing access to my physical therapy and prescription pain meds. And when I tried to contact the school, no one would email me back or contact me. I tried to mediate and the school denied me the chance of a refund, money for damages, or to even cancel my loans and offer me a letter of recommendation for a job in the field. This place discriminates against those with disabilities or health related issues. Their course catalogue disregards students with disabilities and students dealing with ***********************************, allowing students no medical leave or time to deal with health matters. They are cruel business with no respect for decency to basic human rights. They need to be held responsible for denying me a right to an education while dealing with my disability.Business response

However, SAE Institute of Technology ******** denies the allegations charged by the former student and request that he contact the school directly to discuss his concerns.
