They do false publicity. Their publicity only apply on certain condition that are not mention and they refuse to honor it.

This company provides the worst customer service and would not recommend anyone to use them. When we booked our vacation package through the hotel, unfortunately we did not know that they would be using this company as third party. The horrible customer service we received was unacceptable. The fact that its nearly impossible to get a hold of someone and then when you do get a hold of someone they give you the run around and nothing gets resolved is absolutely horrendous. We booked a vacation and unfortunately had an emergency, we reached out to this company to see if it was possible to make modifications to our reservation for days they gave us the runaround, and we never heard back from anyone and was left stranded in our destination country. The fact that no one got back to us to let us know what our options were is unacceptable. This company turned what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation into a stressful situation, which is not acceptable.

I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and overall experience I have received from Reserv Hotel. I made travel arrangements online for myself and my husband last March 2021 to travel September 23-28, 2021. I booked a package online for the Desire Resort Riviera Maya near Cancun, Mexico for 5 nights. My husband is an RN and a frontline worker and because of the resurgence of Covid last summer, we were unable to travel. When I called to cancel, a lady told me over the phone not to worry, that we could reschedule within 1 year of the reservation. I was nervous and was going to just refund the trip anyway. Luckily we had purchased the Trip Protection insurance because were afraid Covid would come back. Nope. The insurance company said the flights would have to have been cancelled, boarders closed, or have in writing that work would not permit us to travel. They said they couldn't help me. So we decided to just reschedule with the credit we have on file. So I have been trying to reschedule this trip for at least a month and change it to September 2022. I knew I had to reschedule it before the 1 year before booking date was up. I've held on the phone multiple times with Reserv Hotel's tollfree number of 833-292-****. I've held for HOURS. I was disconnected, I left messages, I was ignored. Finally I just started looking for email addresses. I sent an email. I got a response today. Now I am told that we would have to TRAVEL by March 9, 2022 or we lose all monies. I even called American Airlines and they said this record locator is controlled by the travel agency. They can not help me either. I paid $177.35 deposit to Desire, $850.68 for airline tickets and $86.16 for the insurance. I would like some type of compensation. This is rediculous.
