      Terrible service and no communication. Do not use. I called and made an appt for Duct cleaning for a certain date between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK TO VERIFY OR NAIL DOWN A TIME FRAME EVEN. I called them many times, Last call...they said someone would come after 3:30 PM their last stop. So I CANCELLED THE ***** Following day, while getting out of the shower at 12:30 Noon time, the Sears service guy knocked on my door. I told him I had CANCELLED THE ***** He said: "I did not answer my phone." Well, this is a complete "comedy of errors." I have only one phone. My home land line. No one called me. Not one single person. and NO one ever told HIM I HAD CANCELLED. What a joke! Sears is a thing of the past and I won't try to use them again. Heed this warning!

      They advertise the service and price (on TV and on the internet). The public believes it and calls them to schedule a/c air duct cleaning. They send a confirmation email advising that the technician will call the day before to inform the arrival time. The technician never calls. The technician never comes. We call their number again to ask how we can file a complaint to "Sears" headquarters. They give us a phone number, indicating that that's the "Sears" headquarter contact phone number. We call that number, and are told by the person who answers that Sears has gone bankrupted. The person says that, then simply and abruptly hangs up on us.

      tical: Quality, Value BUYER BE ****! I WAS SCAMED! I SCHEDULED A $99 *** **** CLEANING, AS ADVERTISED **************. TWO TECHNICIANS ARRIVED AT MY DOOR ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. THE OLDER TECH ASKED WHAT ISSUES I'VE BEEN HAVING. I EXPLAINED THAT I'VE BEEN NOTICING EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF **** ON MY COUNTER TOPS AND FURNITURE EVEN THOIGH I **** EVERY OTHER DAY. HE ASKED ME TO SHOW HIM WHERE IN PARTICULAR AND I SHOWED HIN AROUND THE ***** HE THEN PROCEEDED TO OPEN THE COVER ON MY ** **** AND STARTED LOOKING IN WITH A FLASHLIGHT. FEW MINUTES LATER HE TOLD HIS PARTNER TO CLOSE UUP THE **** AND TOLD ME THAT HE WILL NOY BE ABLE TO DO THE **** CLEANING BECAUSE I HAVE **** AND B**TERIA BUILD UP IN MY HV** SYSTEM. HE SAID THAT FIRST THE **** HAS TO BE REMOVED USING AN ANTIMICROBIAL ******, THEN MY ** BLOWER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND ONLY THEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO CLEAN THE *** ****S. THE ***** $1,480 TO REMOVE THE ****, $325 TO CLEAN THE ** BLOWER AND $99.95 PLUS $15 SURCHARGE TO CLEAN THE *** ****S, TOTAL $1,919.95. I WAS IN SHOCK. HE STARTED TELLING ME THAT HE KNOWS ITS EXPENSIVE BUT WILL BE WORTH IT, SINCE I DID TELL HIM THAT BOTH MY SPOUSE AND I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES. MEANWHILE HIS ASSISTANT WALKED INTO TH BEDROOMS AND STARTED SAYING THATS HE SMELLS MUSTY ODORS WHICH IS DEFINITELY A SIGN OF ****. I COULD NOT SMELL ANYTHING. THE OLDER TECH SAID THAT WE WILL HAVE NOTICEABLE ALLERGY RELIEF AND THE **** ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED . TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORT I FELT FOR IT. THEN 3 DAYS LATER NO RESOLUTION FOR MY **** ISSUE OR ALLERGY RELIEF. I KNEW I WAS SCAMMED. CALLED THREE DIFFERENT COMPANIES, TOLD THEM I HAVE A **** ISSUE AND WHAT WORK I NEED TO BE DONE, AND WAS IN TOTAL SHOCK. THE MOST EXPENSIVE QUOTE WAS $700. I CALLED SEARS AND COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING SCAMMED AND THAT MY ISSUES IN THE APARTMENT WERE NOT RESOLVED. THE MANAGER, ****, OFFERED TO REFUND MY CARD $500, BUT STILL I'M OUT OVER $1400 AND STILL HAVE **** AND ALLERGY ISSUES. DO NOT TRUST SEARS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF,
