Manager was extremely rude when I tried to go through the wash a second time with a premium membership because there were still spots all over my car after going through the first time. It is supposed to be unlimited, it was also not washed correctly the first time. He started to raise his voice at me and made me go through with no wash. Rubbed his fingers all over my window and started to take pictures of me and my license plate.

False advertising: website and ********** advertises cheapest price is $8, however once you arrive at the kiosk to select the service, it is not listed. The sign in the front is taken away every night and placed every morning. This seems a fraudulent tactic to get consumers in the premises with false pretenses, and offer them the only option of higher prices.

I can get a better wash at a gas station car wash to keep it 100% honest. It was my 1st time at this location and I purchased the Top Spin package for $32 it is their ultimate package and i had bugs on the front so i thought that would do the job. When I was done going through the car wash my car was still wet like the dryer didn't do anything, the bugs were still on my car because the guys didn't ********** wash it before I entered since their bug solution wasn't working either, my rims looked the same as when I went in and the tire shine was not even sprayed on well. Plus, they want you to purchase the towels to dry your car and for $32 the service was horrible. I had to rewash and that still didn't do a good job. Then they told me I had to contact the support email to get a refund and after 8 days I just received an email saying they won't refund because the service was rendered already. Of course it was rendered and it wasn't done properly and i am not satisfied, that is why i am requesting a refund obviously. I canceled the membership and they better not dare charge my card as I did it the same day it was activated. I also noticed that you can't go through the car wash more than once in a day under the Unlimited car wash membership. THIS IS A Terrible membership! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RETAINING CUSTOMERS OR PROVIDING A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE. THEIR STAFF LOOK LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE AND I DON'T BLAME THEM. THEIR OFFICE CONDITIONS ARE POOR AS WELL AS HOW THEY ARE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS AND THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS OR LOWER THEIR PRICES TO MATCH THEIR HORRIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE!
