January 6, 2022, Paid $574.00 for pest control inside and out and lawn service. Lawn service had said they would be coming back frequently due to condition of the lawn, but they do not show. Called pest control and left messages for return call, as well as speaking with them. After three weeks no one had shown or called. Called then and stated, as we had cockroaches and no one had called back that I was done. I would be hiring a different provider, and asked that they refund the remaining 6 months of the contract. No response, then they showed up without notice. Told me they couldn't call because they had forgotten my name. Told me they couldn't have come because two of their trucks had, "blown up". I restated, I was done, and again in person, said just refund the balance on the contract of $287.00 and we both could move on. He instead argued that he was not refunding anything, that I should be more understanding of their problems, and because he knew we were from Maine insisted on yelling that I was nothing but a "damned Yankee." I want nothing more to do with such an unreliable company who feels it is acceptable to yell insults at their customers. If this complaint does not resolve this, then my next step is small claims court. Again, I want to restate, they are to have NO contact with me or come onto our property.Business response

The amount of refund should be $287.00, for the remaining 6 months of the contract. If that is what they refund, then we are good. If they are trying to refund less than what is due, then no.
