I ordered a swimsuit from everything but water over a week ago. I am a frequent customer both in person and online. This suit was available on sale at a 50% discount. I received a confirmation email for the sale. I contacted them a week later, after not receiving any tracking information that was supposed to come on July 7. They responded and said that the suit was no longer in stock, and the order was being canceled. I asked them to send me the same suit, and a different color at the same sale price. They refused. I can provide emails confirming all of this as you require.Business response

The email *************** received was a message letting her know that the order was received. This was not a confirmation that the item shipped. The messages states:
"Thank you for your order, *******. We'll start working on it right away. You will receive confirmation as soon as it ships." Unfortunately, if the traffic to the website is heavy, as it typically is during our Sale periods, some items may sell out before we can ship. This is what happened with this order.
The suit was marked down only in the colors that were discontinued. The new season's colors just arrived and are not marked down therefore we could not honor the sale price on new inventory.

When your purchasing an item and your checking out there are several selections to choose from for shipping method. They charge a $25 shipping for 1 to2 day delivery. When I called to ask why I haven't received my tracking after 2 days they stated that the 1 to 2 days is after their 72 hour processing. This company should not be charging customers additional shipping cowt if they are not able to ship the item in which the customer selected. They stated that they make announcement on their online fine print when you put the item in your cart but when you give the option of a faster delivery after that fine print the customer is thinking they are paying for a quicker service and by passes the 72 hour processing. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/12) */ Our website clearly states, in two places, "items may take up to business days to process before shipping". See attached screen shot. What she fails to mention is that we refunded her the $25 shipping even though our websites states the above.
