On March *****, 2024 ****** Screen Repair crew installed an entire birdcage screen roof along with the rear and front risers, with a waterproof product called Florida Glass. Price estimate was paid in full $1,100.00 on 3/23/2024. Roof seams were leaking shortly thereafter and **** came to place a clear general purpose tape along major seams of roof and promised to return if any issues continued. He explained that certain portions of frame structure were open and exposed at top. These openings were apparently semi covered prior to ****** removal of old Florida Glass fabric, which went unnoticed and the crew continued to install new Florida Glass over multiple frame openings without protecting for certain water intrusion. Further, every tape covered seam is now damp underneath, causing further deterioration.****** warranty states "All material and workmanship performed by Todd's Screen Repairs is warranted for two full years from date of installation against any defective material or workmanship." I explained to their office receptionist the workmanship issue and she sent out two individuals to inspect issue. It was at that time explained to me that the main panel that was installed was done improperly; should have been in two sections instead of one. He stated a pole needed to be placed across cap of frame and the business would resolve this.Subsequently, an appointment was scheduled for this repair with the receptionist. First appointment was a NO SHOW by ****** Screen employees. THREE more times this happened, all of which were NO SHOW over & over again, totaling FOUR NO SHOWS. When I phoned the business his employee assured me they were planning to repair and "didn't forget me". She indicated he (****) would have to arrange a full Saturday to complete the replacement properly. After the final fourth no show, my phone messages were not returned.
